The most popular method of office carpet cleaning is Carpet shampoo cleaning using Single disc machine and wet and dry vacuum. The typical process is as below
1) Dry Vacuuming of the Carpet to remove loose and dry debris and dirt
2) Application on a suitable shampoo using single disc machine
3) Vacuuming again using a wet vacuum to remove excess moisture.

For even deeper cleaning, we offer injection extraction cleaning. This process is done after regular cleaning. In this process, the special vacuum injects as spray of shampoo into the carpet and immediately vacuums out the dirt from deep inside the carpet along with the shampoo. The carpet needs at least 24-36 hours to dry after this process.
Quick Drying Carpet Cleaning
If you require carpet cleaning but do not have enough time for carpet drying, we offer low moisture carpet cleaning method. This will allow carpet to be ready for use in 12 hours.

Normally the carpet cleaning for a 3000 sqft carpet will require 4-5 hours to complete. The time may vary depending on the soiling level and the furniture on the carpet.
If you have been in the business for as long as us, you know that during office carpet cleaning, removal of all stains cannot be guaranteed. We try to remove all stains but depending on how long the stains has been on the carpet and kind of stain, it may reduce, get removed completely or result in no change. We try to remove the stain without resorting to hard chemicals which may damage the carpet. It is best to get the stain removed at the earliest before it sets in. Carpet repair or fixing is not part of the cleaning service. However if you require some carpet tiles to be refixed, we can provide this service for extra fee. Pls let us know beforehand.
Office carpet cleaning cost has a fixed component and a variable component. The fixed component is machinery maintenance cost, transportation cost, labour cost. The variable cost includes cost of consumables-shampoo and brushes.
